User Question: How do I measure up?
Profilers help users compare themselves to others. Usually, the tool holds a dataset for various data points and uses this dataset to compare to the user. In other cases, the profiler asks the user to identify the comparison and then draws insights for the user from their comparison.
Tenancy.govt.nz — Market Rent
Tenancy Services created the Market Rent profiler to help both landlords and tenants see how their rental was being priced compared to the rest of the market. The profiler breaks down the different types of dwellings and the number of bedrooms for a specific suburb.
Business.govt.nz — Capacity & Demand
The Business.govt.nz Capacity and Demand tool asks users to compare how they operate across volume, variety, variation, and visibility with their competitors. The result screen helps users identify if they should adapt their current approach to become more competitive.
