Experience Director / Auckland
Stephen is responsible for the application of design thinking and customer experience across brand engagement, channels, services and products.
Stephen is involved in all critical stages of design from initial engagement and have overall responsibility for managing the output and effect of design team in Auckland.
Stephen's focus is on bringing a depth of insight, pragmatism and problem solving to the work that comes out of DNA, with the purpose of hitting the right balance between strategy, business effect and customer experience. He has led or has been critically involved with a wide range of clients and diverse programmes of work.
Over the last several years clients with significant programmes Stephen has led or been involved include: BNZ; Skinny Mobile; Vodafone; Spark; AA Group; AMP; National Australia Bank (NAB); Auckland Tourism, Events, and Economic Development; Bridgestone; Better by Design; JBWere and Rinnai.
While based in the UK and Norway, at FutureBrand and Enterprise IG (now The Brand Union) Stephen worked on clients including American Express, BP, Den Norske Bank, British Gas, Deloitte and Vodafone.
Stephen is a principal of DNA and provides leadership and management to the business as part of the executive and operational management teams.
