Senior Project Manager / Wellington

Kristin is a highly skilled project manager, who brings years of client side and agency experience to managing online and communications projects. Her experience at DNA includes working to deliver highly transactional sites that have served millions of users. Key projects have included the Activesmart training app (for ACC), the customer facing site for Wellington City Council, large re-design projects for the Ministry of Health (MoH), Immigration New Zealand, the Rideforever Training platform and CERT – plus campaigns for ACC, MoH and the Bikewise initiative for NZTA.

Kristin has worked form many years on key change and engagement programmes which include Worksmart, Riderforever and Scooter safety for ACC.

Alongside digital projects, Kristin has experience in large national research project management and she has helped deliver the brand and digital work for Opus, a rebranded engagement platfrom for New Zealand Childcare Association, a recruitment attraction project for Powershop and projects for Sport New Zealand and business, talent and student attraction campaigns for what was Grow Wellington (WREDA).

Kristin is a devoted multi-sport athlete and loves escaping the city and spending time in the rural idyl of the Wairarapa.

Kristin has project management training to PRINCE 2 practitioner level and has used this methodology extensively in large scale public sector projects.
