Josh has over 15 years background in customer experience, brand, digital and service transformation initiatives. He brings critical insight from his extensive experience from working across a diverse range of large-scale projects in both public and private sectors. He also has significant client side experience which provides Josh with a ‘duality’ of perspective – understanding both the needs and challenges of clients and their audiences, while also knowing how to harness the capability of DNA to shape solutions that deliver measurable impact and value.
Josh is effective at gaining a balanced understanding of business drivers and audience needs, then shaping solutions that deliver measurable impact and value. His client side experience provides Josh with a first hand understanding of the needs and challenges that business models and structures dictate, which helps us achieve the best working approach to each client relationship.
He is a strong strategic thinker and manager, with a knack for understanding the diverse challenges faced in delivering large scale projects and programmes of work. Josh is adept at setting up approaches for collaboration, problem-solving and delivery – which unlock opportunity, maximise resources and navigate constraints – as we increasingly work with client teams to deliver and maintain platforms and products.
Josh is a member of DNA’s management team and sits across the portfolio of clients in our Wellington office.
Outside of DNA, Josh manages to combine his love of good food, sport, travel and his whānau – often quite literally all at once.
