Olivia Dela Rosa
Project Manager / Auckland
Olivia's role as a Project Manager sees her responsible for work across all departments: empowering development and design teams toward successful delivery, working alongside our client engagement team in building healthy partnerships, and supporting our studio in making sure we’re hitting our targets and staying organised in the process.
Her values as a PM can be found in providing confidence in uncertainty and understanding problems from an organisational and end-user perspective, which helps in forging the right conversations with our internal teams and clients.
She has a background in Organisational Behavior and IT. Making the move from Manila to Auckland in 2015, she’s seen herself grow within different teams - interning for British Council NZ, providing operational and training support at Uber, and then managing tech and design projects within tech/design studios such as Rush Digital and Catch Design.
She has a particular interest in searching connections among technology, design, and businesses, and how those connections impact and drive people’s lives.
She considers Auckland her home, with the winterless North as an extension of it.
Outside the office, she enjoys Terry Pratchett and Bill Bryson’s works, reading up on the latest design and tech news, experimenting in the kitchen, and finding the next goal to pursue (currently it’s learning how to tame her Kawasaki Ninja).
