Edric Verbeek-Martin

Experience Designer / Auckland

Edric uses a human-centred design approach to solving complex problems and finding innovative opportunities with aspirational organisations. He has used this philosophy to design strategies, services, products, processes and spaces for banks, governments, educators, utilities, retailers and insurance agencies.

Before moving to New Zealand, Edric was a CX Design Lead at The Customer Experience Company in Sydney, Australia. In this role, he led multi-stream customer experience projects, with a focus on translating ideas into working products, processes and systems – implementing CX measurement systems at Sydney Water, designing and delivering the digital and human experience for a startup Life Insurer, and helping Service NSW to deliver their award-winning experiences.

Edric is driven by a desire to improve peoples every-day by designing experiences that create better moments in their lives, in turn helping organisations create better, more profitable, more consistent experiences – from strategy to ideas to execution.
