Experience Designer / Auckland
Chris is an Experience Designer based in the Auckland office ainvolved in our customer experience design projects.
He is passionate about solving complex problems and challenging business models for better performance.
Originally gaining qualifications in Paramedic and Emergency Management, Chris then worked as a change and risk manager.
The start of his journey into design was an accidental one, born out of his tendency to meddle in projects. With most of his career spent in health and local government Chris' projects have ranged from the design and implementation of business improvement strategies and organisational performance frameworks to creating digital services/tools.
Chris' capability spans Design Research, Strategy, Experience Design and Facilitation.
