Senior Experience Designer / Wellington
Anais is a senior practitioner with over 10 years of commercial digital experience. She is a versatile design thinker with a knack for unravelling complex information and presenting it in ways that are accessible and easily understood.
She draws from her experience in social sciences, service design, interaction design and sustainability to understand the motivations and behaviours of people from all walks of life and turn them into experiences that are meaningful to them.
Prior to joining DNA, her work for clients included Air New Zealand, Hewlett Packard, The Cancer Society, Plunket and FarmIQ, Inland Revenue, Ministry of Social Development and the Ministry of Education.
She believes research only has a place if it truly delivers a tangibly better product and experience, which brings true value to customers and real commercial outcomes to business. As an advocate of testing and prototyping, Anais is leads DNA's work where agile and Lean UX approaches are called for. We undertake both large scale and more rapid, often short-term projects - and while we still gain insight and translate it in to actionable solutions - we also have processes and approaches where we lead with a prototype, and employ user testing to validate and evolve solutions.
Anais brings capability across user-centred design, strategic design, design research, audience research and service design.
At DNA Anais has worked on projects for in both the public and private sector including, Electricity Authority, AMP/Advice First, State Services Commission and the Commerce Commission.
