HR System Implementation Support
As part of our evolution we are implementing Bamboo HR software to support all aspects of our HR practice including recruitment, on-boarding, performance management and the upkeep of key personnel information. We're looking for someone who can help support the roll out this initiative to the organisation.

As a practice we are constantly changing and evolving in order to improve our effect for clients and to ensure we offer a great environment for our people.
We are on the hunt for someone who can help bring Bamboo into our world, and make it work for us.
Reporting to the GM, you’ll initially work through the customisation requirements for Bamboo so that it best supports our needs, working closely with the vendor and stakeholders across the organisation.
You will then switch into implementation mode, this will involve migrating existing data into the new system, setting up permissions and protocols and getting to know the intricacies of the tool to aid its roll-out.
The final step will be introducing the tool to our employees, offering some training, support and expertise, and helping the organisation understand the role of the tool and benefit from its capability. The role is a little bit Business Analyst, a little bit systems design, a little bit HR administrator and a whole lot of getting the job done.
Your experience will show that you’re detail-oriented and process-minded, yet can stand back and take account of the big picture too. A natural problem-solver, calm, methodical and good at communicating and collaborating with other humans.
Ideally, you’ve got a strong systems bent, more than 2-3 years experience working in an HR or Business Analysis role or have experience rolling out software packages in this fashion. Critical is maturity and sensitivity towards the privacy requirements of handling sensitive data.
We can offer flexible working days and hours, as well as consideration given to working at home some of the time. You might also need to travel to our Wellington office so will need to have some flexibility around your availability.
