Experience Designer / Auckland
After training as an industrial designer, Matt started his design career in 2006 by setting up a design team within a medium sized accounting & consulting firm. Based in the South Island, Matt and the team went about designing new services for the firm’s corporate clients.
In 2010 he moved to Auckland and began working inside organisations on developing capability to develop their own products, services and systems (and engage design agencies in better projects). Before joining DNA he had covered a range of organisational challenges including optimising the performance of hospital quality teams, to the execution of non-profit business models.
