Josh has a significant background in strategy, brand, digital and service transformation initiatives. He brings critical insight from his extensive experience across a diverse range of large-scale projects that have been delivered across both public and private sectors.
Building effective partnerships with clients, Josh is responsible for gaining a balanced understanding of business drivers and audience needs, then shaping solutions that deliver measurable impact and value. Prior to his 7 years at DNA, Josh has significant experience in senior client-side marketing roles, managing a broad range of high profile strategic communication programs. This client experience provides Josh with a ‘duality’ of perspective – understanding the needs and challenges of clients and their audiences, whilst also knowing how to achieve the best results from his agency colleagues.
He is a strong strategic thinker and manager with a knack for understanding the challenges client organisations face in order to effectively set approaches to problem-solving and delivery to meet those constraints.
Josh is a member of DNA’s Strategic Delivery Team and sits across the portfolio of clients in our Wellington office.
