Donna Maxwell

General Manager / Auckland

Donna has 18 years experience in marketing, design and professional services. Working both client and agency side. 

Donna joined DNA as a Senior Account Manager in 2008 moving quickly to Client Services Director and ultimately to General Manager for DNA. 

Donna has a prodigious work ethic and has been an integral part of DNA’s Auckland office, across both staff, strategy and client relationships. 

Her current role at DNA sees her responsible for the performance of teams and the business as a whole, across both of DNA’s offices. Reporting directly to the Board Chairman and tasked with delivering on the business strategy in the short and long term. Still with a hand in key client relationships, Donna brings her insight, analytical mind and experience to bear.

Donna is a principal of DNA and member of the DNA Board. In recent years Donna has contributed to the Board of the Designers Institute of NZ and been a judge of the BEST awards.
