Her core focus is ensuring DNA uses our experience and capability to generate radical effect across all customer facing activities of a business. Her capacity to work collaboratively is an advantage and underpinned by her abilities to set clear expectations and provide clients with visibility and information needed to help make good decisions.
Sarah's aim is to foster strong and unified working partnerships with clients, mainly focusing on larger scale programmes of work. With over 10-years experience in managing complex, high transaction digital, CX and design projects, she is focal in shaping, planning and managing projects and engagements of significant size and strategic value.
She is a firm and fair coordinator of the wider team of practitioners at DNA, ensuring budget, timeline and business goals are met - and to an excellent quality. She works with a variety of project methodologies including waterfall, agile and lean.
In a previous role, has managed a large team of digital project managers and business analysts; shaping and growing their capability and autonomy and her bottom line is to be fair and reasonable in the work she does and how she works with and treat others. Her good sense of humour and humility helps too.
She’s been fortunate to have worked within the Corporate, Public and Not-for-Profit sectors and this diverse experience enables her to be uniquely inventive and responsive to a wide range of needs, challenges, people and ideas. She is responsible and confident in operating in a range of environments – from the highly technical, to the creative, and even the austere.
