Rachel Knight

Experience Designer / Wellington

Rachel works in Service, Customer, and User Experience Design. She works closely with clients and internal service design teams to help align their business objectives with the needs of their users. She is passionate about people and solving complex problems, and has worked on projects with MPI, MBIE, CAA, Trade Me, and NZTA.

Previously, Rachel has taught at Massey University, worked in Digital Transformation at the Department of Internal Affairs, and at Trade Me in her final year at university. 

Outside of DNA, Rachel works on community wellbeing and sustainability projects, and actively supports events such as the Design for Social Innovation Symposium and the Global Service Jam.
