UX Lead / Wellington
Anais is a senior practitioner with over 1o years of commercial digital experience. She is a versatile design thinker with a knack for unravelling complex information and presenting it in ways that are accessible and easily understood.
She draws from her experience in social sciences, service design, interaction design and sustainability to understand the motivations and behaviours of people from all walks of life and turn them into experiences that are meaningful to them.
Prior to joining DNA, her Key projects and clients include: Air New Zealand, Hewlett Packard, The Cancer Society, Plunket and FarmIQ, Inland Revenue, Ministry of Social Development and the Ministry of Education.
She believes research only has a place if it truly delivers a tangibly better product and experience, which brings true value to customers and real commercial outcomes to business. An advocate of testing and prototyping, Anais is leading DNA's work in agile and Lean UX approaches - we undertake both large scale and more rapid short term projects - and while we still gain insight and translate it in to actionable solutions - we also now have processes and approaches where we lead with a prototype, and employ user testing to validate and evolve solutions.
