Transforming Retail Networks / Auckland 16 June 2011

What does it take to transform established business models and structures around service delivery in retail?

In 2009 BNZ made a decision to upgrade its retail presence with a complete revamp of its store network. To respond to the brief, Warren & Mahoney, DNA and RCP worked in partnership with BNZ to develop the new store concept and undertake a full network store rollout. The project involved transforming the retail banking experience and then rolling the new store concept through the network of 160 stores.
