DNA helped organised and enhance the product range, evolve literature and collateral systems and redesign environments, sales and display experiences and the digital channel. Their marketing, resource delivery and positioning all draw on an affinity with the end user and profile the diversity of audiences and markets for their products' and services. 

DNA spent the early phases of the related digital channel review in getting a deep understanding of the users and their needs, plus a clear view of just how the site and brand could aid the business growth and new market penetration that Learning Media sought. As part of this process interrogation of the range of end user audiences and their needs resulted in a clear set of experience principles and design criteria for the site and all other marketing activity.
